The Foundation for the Rights of Future Generations (FRFG) is an advocacy think tank at the interface between science and politics. It was founded in 1997 by a non-partisan alliance of five young people, and its youthful board of directors has since been advocating for intergenerational justice and sustainability in politics, economy, and society. The FRFG is independent of economics and party politics. On the one hand, it is a scientific think tank that develops and publishes studies and books. At the same time, the FRFG sees itself as an advocacy do-tank representing the political interests of a group that cannot advocate for itself - children and young people as well as future generations.
